We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue products, services, prices or website features where reasonably necessary.

Product Authenticity

Every Tavishi Tambi garment is designed in-house and responsibly produced in limited quantities in Jaipur.

Our products reflect our commitment to thoughtful design, craftsmanship and carefully produced fashion.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Many of our garments involve traditional handcrafted techniques, including artisan hand block printing and manually executed production processes.

Because handcrafted processes are completed by artisans rather than fully automated machinery, no two garments may be completely identical.

Natural variations may include:

Slight differences in print placement
Minor colour variations
Differences in motif alignment
Small variations in texture
Minor printing irregularities
Slight differences in finishing

These variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Each garment has its own individual character, making every piece unique.

Colour Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, editing, screen brightness, monitor settings and differences between devices.

For handcrafted and hand block printed products, colour intensity and placement may also vary naturally from one piece to another.

Size & Measurements

Customers should refer to the product-specific size chart before placing an order.

A minor measurement variation of approximately 1–2 cm may occur due to handcrafted cutting, stitching and finishing processes.

Sustainability

We intentionally produce many of our garments in small batches to help reduce waste, excess inventory and overproduction.

Our limited-production approach allows us to focus on craftsmanship and thoughtful production.

Packaging

Where practical, we aim to use recyclable, reusable or reduced-waste packaging materials.

Packaging materials or designs may vary depending on product requirements and availability.

Product Availability

Many Tavishi Tambi garments are produced in limited quantities.

As a result, certain styles, colours or sizes may sell out and may not be restocked.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Pricing

Prices displayed on our website may change without prior notice.

The applicable price will normally be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors where permitted by law.

Orders

Submission of an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to cancel or refuse an order because of product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing or other legitimate operational reasons.

Cancellation

Eligible orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not already been processed, dispatched or put into production.

Made-to-order, customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not ordinarily offer returns or refunds.

Eligible size exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability and the conditions mentioned in our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Original product designs, photographs, text, graphics, branding, logos and other creative material belonging to Tavishi Tambi may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially used without appropriate permission.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party platforms, payment gateways, courier services and other service providers.

Use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tavishi Tambi will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
